Digital Products (NFTs):

All sales of NFTs are final. Due to the nature of digital assets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on NFT purchases. Please carefully review the artwork and details before completing your purchase.

Physical Products (Clothing and Merchandise):

Eligibility: Refunds are available for physical products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
